    Ryan Blake

    Ryan Blake is Head of Sport Science at St Paul's School,  founder of Extreme Sports Performance, and a tutor for Strength & Conditioning Education. Strength & Conditioning Education (SCE) provide courses that support organisations through their coach development pathways. SCE are affiliated with the Youth Strength and Conditioning Association with a combined goal of accelerating the health, wellness and movement quality of young people through education. Ryan has worked with British Tennis, England Badminton, England Cricket, British Cycling & Wakeboard UK supporting world champion athletes and Olympic medal winners. He's an accredited member of the NSCA and UKSCA.
