Cancellation And Variation
Occasionally we have to cancel our courses at very short notice due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. weather, illness, accident). In these situations we will try to notify all course delegates as soon as possible by:
- Calling any delegate mobile numbers we have been given;
- Calling the school and/or main contact number we have been given;
- Emailing any delegate or main contact email addresses we have been given; and
- Posting a news item on our website or social media
In these situations we will endeavour to rebook you on to the same or similar course at your convenience. Should this not be possible, we will refund you in full.
Should you need to cancel a booking you have made for a particular course you need to give us a minimum of 10 working days' notice.
Cancellations received within 10 working days of the event date will be charged at a rate of £100 per person, per booking. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will be charged the full price for the event.
We cannot be held financially responsible for accommodation or travel bookings made separately.
For any residential bookings including accommodation bookings, we require notification ten days before the event. Cancellations received outside this timescale may not be refundable.
We reserve the right to vary content and presenters of courses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
For our two-day Gymnastics and Trampolining courses we require 4-weeks cancellation notice and due to the hight cost of running these courses the cancellation fee is 50% per person, per booking. Cancellations before 4-weeks will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will be charged the full cost of the booking.
Online course bookings
For online courses and webinars, we now require payment for non UK residents in advance of the course. Please select the correct option on the booking form to be taken to the Paypal payment page. For UK residents you may pre-pay in the same way, or by invoice method. We will send a VAT invoice whichever payment option you choose.
Our online courses are run using Zoom. You can download Zoom free of charge from here. A zoom link will be sent to each email address provided on the booking form 10 days prior to the broadcast, therefore it's vital that you supply us with a name and email for each participant. Cancellation terms apply as above.

Cancellations for online courses and webinars received within 10 working days of the event date will be charged at a rate of £30 per person, per booking.
From time to time we may give individuals discretionary discounts on future courses. Should such a discretionary discount be held, it can only be redeemed against the booking of a full price course. Only one discretionary discount can be redeemed per person per full-price course booked. A discretionary discount only applies to the individual to whom it has been awarded and it cannot be used against a multiple-person booking.
Please note that no use of cameras of any kind is permitted at courses, seminars, conferences or other events organised by Independent Coach Education or PADSIS.
