Julian Managing Director of Pharos Response, a leading risk and reputation management consultancy firm that specialises in supporting schools and other organisations following critical incidents.  Pharos have worked with some prominent critical incidents, drafting press statements and preparing Headteachers and other senior managers before news interviews.  He is currently advising the International Standards Organisation in the development of a new ISO in school and youth travel.
