Claire is a partner in Kennedys London office, leading the UK Liability Defence group and the travel team.  She has been advising the travel and tourism industry for over 20 years on issues of litigation and liability relating to overseas accidents and injuries. She acts on behalf of the members of the School Travel Forum and advises schools as to their legal obligations when organising school trips.
