Tabai Matson

Tabai is currently the Director of Performance Development at Harlequins, following a two year spell as Head Coach, during which the club developed its characteristic attacking style of play. Prior to this, he was Head Coach at Bath and coached for 10 years within Super Rugby as the Assistant Coach for the Chiefs and Crusaders. He was also the attack coach for Maori All Blacks, and then of Fiji in the 2015 and 2019 Rugby World Cups. As a player, Tabai played for the Crusaders, The New Zealand All Blacks and Fiji in the 1999 RWC.
