Sam Warburton OBE

Sam Warburton is a former Welsh international rugby union player with 74 caps. He played for Cardiff Blues and captained Wales 49 times in a noted career that was cut short by injury. As well as back to back wins for Wales in the Six Nations in 2012 and 2013, Sam captained the British & Irish Lions on their 2013 tour to Australia and the 2017 tour to New Zealand. He runs the SW7 Academy fitness programme, which trains athletes of all levels.
