Paul Nixon

Paul Nixon is currently coach of the Jamaica Tallawahs in the Carribean Premier League. He concluded a 23 year career as a professional cricketer winning the final of the Twenty20 Cup with Leicestershire in August 2011. He played 19 One Day Internationals, including all games in the 2007 World Cup, and a T20 International against Australia. He was selected for full England tours to Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Over his career, he scored over 20,000 runs, including 21 centuries, and made over 1000 dismissals. His innovative approach to batting and run chasing brought considerable success in the one day game, leading to two seasons in the Indian Cricket League with Delhi Giants.
