Russell Earnshaw

Russell Earnshaw was an RFU International Performance Coach, responsible for player development across national and international programmes from U-15 to U-19. He has a particular interest in the impact of coach behaviour on the development of people and performers. He read Economics at Cambridge University, where he won a Rugby Blue, and played and coached international Sevens.
