Most schools include Basketball in their programmes. This course is designed for school coaches looking to refresh and improve their coaching. It is also suitable for PE teachers delivering Basketball classes. A range of Basketball activities will be shared through video analysis, diagrams and explanations. A competency checklist for technical, tactical and physical development for 12-18 years will be included, alongside relevant style of game and principles of play for each age and stage.

Course Leaders
Mark Jarram
Mark Jarram is a professional Basketball coach of wide experience, and unrivalled success. He was Head Coach of the Loughborough University men’s team for over ten years, and coached Leicester Riders in the British Basketball League. He has also worked with professional teams in USA and Europe. He has National Team experience coaching Great Britain U16s, U18s and U20s spanning five year period, attending multiple European Championships. He has been awarded Basketball ‘Coach of the Year’ three times
