National Conference for Educational Visits Co-ordinators
Thursday 13 February 2025 at Leonardo Royal Hotel, Oxford
Dates & Venues
Educational Visits, Trips and Tours remain a high point of school life for many pupils and teachers. In a challenging economic environment, they are a point of difference for schools who have a rich and varied co-curricular programme. However, they require a level of planning and compliance that is greater than probably any other area. Educational Visits’ Co-ordinators face a constant challenge to meet the requirements of legislation, best practice and case law.
This Conference provides an annual opportunity to update policies and practice, and to stay abreast of developments and changes. The afternoon will allow consideration of issues and amendments that have emerged over the last year, which draw attention to both potential hazards and opportunities. A summary of new developments will allow delegates to return to their schools confident that their knowledge is up to date and their practices comply with current requirements.
As always, there will be an opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and exchange practice and approaches, within a convivial environment.
