Over 70% of Directors of Sport say that leadership is the dimension of their role they would most like to improve.  It is also the area in which they have had least training and support.  This course aims to address this issue, providing an understanding of leadership, and how this can be applied practically in a school sport situation.   David Faulkner exploits his unique combination of experience in performance sport, organisational leadership and as a school Director of Sport.  He will deliver the skills and approaches that will enable Directors of Sport, and other sports leaders, to thrive in a school setting.
