Andy Blight is a UEFA A licence coach. He has extensive experience of coaching at all levels of the school game, and is a former manager of the England schools FA U18 team. He has worked extensively within the FA, as a coach educator and FA Talent ID tutor. He is an FA Talent ID scout for England schools” players.
