Mid court players connect the defence to the attack, so their movement is key to breaking down the opposition.  The key dimensions are superior speed of thought, foot work and movement patterns.  This course is aimed at school coaches, with some experience, who wish to develop their understanding of mid court play, and coaching strategies for improving it. It will focus on utilising mid court players to develop a dynamic counter attack style of play.
