Dr Adam Grainger

Adam is currently a Lead Academy Athletic Development Coach at Ulster Rugby, having previously worked for 12 years in English Premiership Rugby. He is also a consultant for Kitman Labs. He was Head of Strength and Conditioning in University College Dublin’s Sports Scholarship programme and Performance Director at Hockey Ireland through the Tokyo Olympic cycle. Adam was Chair of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science Sport and Performance Division for four years, is a BASES Fellow and ISESA Board member
