    Evidence suggests that exercise could be the single most powerful lifestyle intervention to improve the health and wellbeing of adolescents. This course identifies the practical steps that can be taken by schools to convey this message, cultivate positive pupil relationships with exercise and establish active habits that will last a lifetime. It is suitable for Directors of Sport, Heads of PE and anyone with responsibility to support positive health and wellbeing of pupils and staff within the context of school.

    Asha Riley

    Asha is a teacher, lecturer, coach and advocate for girls’ sport and exercise cultures in schools. She is the author of MOVE60, an innovative curriculum for Active Wellbeing, and teacher educator. A former England Lacrosse international, she played in the 2013 World Cup, and has worked in a range of schools in the UK and Asia.
