Introduction to Teaching Volleyball

    This is a course for teachers who are delivering Volleyball but do not have extensive knowledge of the game. It will explain all the principal skills, and provide illustrated practices to introduce these to young players. Small sided games, suitable for mixed ability environments, will be included, building up to the full game, with an explanation of rules and basic tactics.

    Ryan Murphy is Head Coach of England Under 17s Boys, leading them to two NEVZA international tournaments. Ryan is also Head coach at St. Mary’s University College Volleyball Club. As a player, Ryan was captain of the Ireland U20 Volleyball team and went on to represent Ireland men’s senior international team
