Lauren Quigley

Lauren Quigley is a former professional swimmer for Great Britain. She picked up three silver medals at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games and was a multiple finalist at the Barcelona and Kazan World Swimming Championships.

Having the knowledge and experience from learning to swim, to competing at a high level, plus the years of teaching and coaching post swimming career, Lauren has a burning passion to support, guide and motivate as many people as possible to encourage a safe and positive start in the sport of swimming.
