Will is the co-author of recently-published “World Class”, which is a study of identifying the key characteristics of successful leaders, And the processes by which winning teams are assembled and managed, in both business and sport. He was a Rugby World Cup winner with the England team of 2003, for which he was awarded an MBE. He won 55 international caps, was selected for 3 British and Irish Lions tours, and is now a journalist and broadcaster
