    Sport in the prep sector faces its own unique challenges. This seminar aims to address these, and is suitable for teachers leading sport in these schools as well as those who aspire to do so. With pressures for both inclusivity and competitive success, the Director of Sport faces significant challenges in compiling a programme to meet all expectations. Parents can be intrusive, and resources often limited. This course considers the practical issues faced by prep school sport, and presents possible strategies and solutions.

    Chris has been Chair of PADSIS (The Professional Association of Directors of Sport in Independent Schools) since January 2024. He has over thirty years teaching experience, including Director of Sport posts at Pangbourne College, The Portsmouth Grammar School, Uppingham and Solihull.
