Edward Gildea

Edward Gildea is a former Headteacher, School Improvement Partner and education consultant. He has worked with a range of independent schools associations, academy trusts and free schools. He specialises in developing effective staff teams, and resolving the conflicts within them. He is the author of two books on the subject.
