Camp Managers & Player Welfare Officers Required

For leading residential football camps working with Manchester United Soccer Schools and Juventus Soccer schools at top sporting venues in Reading and the Midlands during Easter and summer holidays.

Our Programme

CMT Learning brings together English language teaching with top-class football coaching from CMT brand partners Manchester United Soccer Schools and Juventus Soccer Schools.

The two-week international residential programmes for 8-17 year-olds take place at premier sporting and academic venues in Reading, the Midlands and Staffordshire.

Centre Manager

Responsible for managing, motivating and supporting a team of pastoral staff and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the camp programme, liaising with all teams on-site. Successful candidates will have experience of team management and child supervision as well as excellent problem-solving, organisational and leadership skills.

Player Welfare Officer

The principal point of contact for parents and staff on all child welfare matters, responsible for leading the pastoral care team in all aspects of child safety. Successful candidates will have experience of child supervision, inter-personal skills appropriate to work with children and their parents, organisational and leadership abilities, and a proven understanding of child safeguarding procedures.
